What we evaluate in a partner is the business concept, relevant industry experience, and commitment to execution. Real estate experience is not required.
How does the equity split typically work?+
Every deal is structured based on specifics — the market, space, concept, and what each party brings. We negotiate splits deal-by-deal. The consistent principle: we structure for alignment, not extraction. We're not looking to take the lion's share — we want deals where everyone wins.
Do you operate in New York City?+
We're headquartered in NYC but intentionally focus retail operations in other markets. NYC retail is extremely competitive, rents are high, and landlords have enormous leverage. Our model works best where we can negotiate favorable terms and where partners have a real shot at profitability from day one.
